For so many families, it’s difficult to know the next steps in getting the right care for their aging family members. They may know that their seniors need help, but there are so many options and it can get confusing very quickly. In-home care placement services are the perfect solution in that case. These placement experts help families to discover exactly what types of in-home care options are available to meet their seniors’ needs. Here are some of the main benefits.
Families Save Tons of Time
Any time that someone is learning about something that is new to them, there’s a learning curve. Everything takes longer and families can find themselves backtracking when they’re doing all of this on their own. By working with in-home care placement services, families eliminate that learning curve and save themselves tons of time. They’re not floundering around, trying to find resources because there’s someone helping them out every step of the way.
Families Learn Detailed, Specific Information
Another problem that families run into is that there is just so much information out there. Unfortunately, not all of it will apply to their senior’s situation. It’s all too easy to get bogged down in details that don’t really pertain to what their family member is going through. Senior placement services help families drill down to the specific information about their situation.
Families Work with Experienced Senior Placement Professionals
There’s no substitute for having an experienced professional helping someone solve problems and make decisions. When families have the help of seasoned senior placement professionals, they don’t have to be experts themselves. They can rely on the years of experience that the senior placement team brings to the table.
Families Feel Reassured about Their Decisions
So many families have a lot of angst around making decisions regarding their seniors’ future care needs. What types of care is right for their needs? And what happens if they’ve made the wrong choices? Because placement professionals are so knowledgeable about what seniors need as well as what all of the in-home care services in the area offer, by the time families come to a decision, it’s one they feel really good about having made.
Senior Placement Reduces Guesswork
Reducing guesswork is huge for family caregivers who want the best situation for their aging family members. When they’re looking through all of the information on their own, there are chances that they’ll miss important details or wonder whether there’s something they don’t know that is a big factor in this decision. Learning as much as possible about in-home care is a big job, and with the right help, family caregivers only need to know the important details that matter relative to their senior’s needs.
Working with in-home care placement services greatly reduces the time and effort required for families to get the care that their seniors need on a daily basis. Having the right help makes all the difference in the world, ensuring that families can rest easy knowing that their seniors are in good hands.

There is no greater thrill for me than walking into a room and seeing a senior’s eyes light up with true joy and excitement. I do this because I love seeing their big smiles and enjoy making each of them feel special. People often say you should do a job that you love so much it does not feel like work. I truly feel that this is my calling. There is no greater job for me than making connections with seniors and their loved ones.
I have been helping families find their loved ones the senior care that they need for more than 10 years. Their families find comfort knowing that I am always available for their call 7 days a week. They know that they can reach out to me anytime and I will take care of anything they may need.
I value the importance of checking in on and continuing to visit your loved ones even after they are placed in a community. In fact, I still visit some of the first seniors that I helped find care for nearly 10 years later. I love to take pictures with them to share with their families.
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and have been living in Arizona for the last 20 years. Since moving to Arizona, I have had the opportunity to work at 3 different senior living communities in the Valley. During that time, I have been able to help over 1,000 seniors and their families. I have enjoyed meeting with each family and understanding their senior’s unique needs to ensure that their family member finds the best suited community.
In the past, I was sad that the community I worked for was not always the one they chose, but now I am excited to use my expertise to represent the seniors and help find the perfect fit for their loved ones. Therefore, I created my own placement company with a FREE no cost service so I can help guide each family I come in contact with through this process.
My goal is to make this process as easy and simple as I can. When I am not working directly with seniors, I am out touring new communities, networking with others in the industry, and volunteering in order to locate the best communities to fit each senior’s needs and budget. This helps me understand what each community has to offer and what sets them apart from the others.
I am also continuing to build my vendor contacts referral system. This allows me to provide quick solutions and abundant resources for whatever a family may need. This includes in-home care, hospital beds, durable medical equipment and much more.
